A stack of ten 4-bedroom townhouses located at Miltonia Close in Yishun has been relaunched by TG Master. The 5-storey townhouses cover large floor areas of 4,672 sq ft and are all pool-facing; each also comes equipped with a private lift.

FOREIGNERS CAN NOW OWN A LANDED HOME
Skies Miltonia is a mixed development that was one of the last few that were given permits by the Urban Redevelopment Authority to build strata landed houses with condominium status. It managed to secure the permit to do so before a new rule took effect in April 2012 that halted any more mixed development projects.
The townhouses made available for sale at Skies Miltonia means that foreigners can now own a landed home even though they are generally not allowed to under the Residential Property Act because although these waterfront villas are strata landed houses, they are essentially a condominium property due to the property being a mixed development.

Prices for each townhouse at Skies Miltonia, conveniently located near Khatib MRT station, will set buyers back about $3.003 million (about $643 psf).
FLEXIBILITY IN PAYMENT
TG Masters has offered potential buyers an added incentive – the Enhanced Deferred Payment Scheme. Under this scheme, buyers need only put down an option fee of 20% for a two-year option, during which the buyer need not pay mortgages, maintenance fees or property taxes. Master tenancy of the unit will also be granted to the buyer.
