A plot of land at Jiak Kim St that used to be the site of popular nightspot Zouk has been triggered for sale after a developer committed to a bid price of at least $689.4 million.
The 145,119 sq ft mixed development site (residential with 1st storey commercial use), with a permissible gross floor area of 551,478 sq ft, can be redeveloped to house 525 apartment units in high-rise buildings of up to 36 levels.
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) announced that the tender for the Jiak Kim St site will be launched in the next 2 to 3 weeks.
