Yet another residential development has joined the growing list of property up for collective sale. Sun Rosier, located at Bartley Road, is a freehold condominium that is comprised of 78 apartment units and within walking distance to Bartley MRT station. The owners of Sun Rosier have decided on an asking price of $235 million which works out to about $1,149 psf per plot ratio.
A spokesperson for the marketing agent for the sale, Huttons Asia, has said that due to its close proximity to the Bidadari area and the positive sentiment in the property market recently, a successful transaction at a favorable price can be expected.
The plot can be redeveloped into 204 condominium units with each sized at about 1,000 sq ft.
The tender for the en bloc sale of Sun Rosier condominium will close 21 September.
