The collective sale market in Singapore is rapidly heating up with more properties being placed for en bloc sale

Up for Collective Sale: Changi Garden

A freehold condominium in the East is the latest property to join the collective sale market with a public sale tender to be officially submitted on Friday (8 Sept). Changi Garden, which was built in the early eighties’, sits on 200, 093 sq ft of land and is comprised of 60 apartment units, 12 penthouses and 12 shops.

The owners of Changi Garden condominium are asking for $196 million which works out to $700 psf per plot ratio. There is no development charge for the residential plot due to the high development baseline. The gross sale price of each apartment is $1.69 to $1.79 million, $3.18 to $3.74 million for each penthouse and $3.7 to $5.5 million for each shop unit.

The sales tender for Changi Garden closes on 16 October.
