A freehold residential condominium in the East Coast has joined the slew of properties placed in the market for en bloc sales. With an asking price of $768 million, which works out to about $1,284 psf per plot ratio, the owners of Amber Park are hoping to ride on the wave of recent successful collective sale transactions as developers clamor to purchase land in Singapore.
Amber Park is a 200-unit freehold condominium built in the mid-eighties situated in the East Coast. It is a short drive away from Changi Airport and the Central Business District, and within walking distance to East Coast Park. It is currently comprised of two 27-storey towers and can be redeveloped into apartment buildings of similar height housing 800 residential units.
The tender for Amber Park closes on 3 October and the marketing agent for this sale is JLL.
